The latin name: Zoladex

Zoladex Pharmacological groups: Hormonums of a hypothalamus, a pituitary body, Gonadotropinums and their antagonists. Antitumoral hormonal agents and antagonists of Hormonums

Zoladex Working substance: (Goserelin *)

Zoladex Application: a cancer of prostatic Ferri lactas, a cancer of dairy Ferri lactas at women in the genesial period, an endometriosis, a fibromyoma of a uterus, uterine bleedings, carrying out of methods fertilizations (preparation for a superovulation).

Zoladex Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, pregnancy, a feeding a breast, children's and teenage age (till 14 years).

Zoladex Application at pregnancy and a feeding a breast: It counterindicative at pregnancy. For the period of treatment it is necessary to stop thoracal feeding.

Zoladex Side effects: At men - an obstruction of ureters, a set of symptoms of a prelum of a spinal cord; at women - dryness mucous vaginas, inflow, changes of mood and a sexual inclination, a menopause, an amenorrhea (after a cancellation), allocation (in the beginning); instability the HELL, allergic reactions (a dermal eruption, an anaphylaxis).

Zoladex Way of application and dose: (if necessary under a local anaesthesia), depot of 3,6 mg in a forward abdominal wall each 28 days, depot of 10,8 mg (only for treatment of a cancer of prostatic Ferri lactas) each 12 days. For a thinning enter twice with an interval 4 (operation should be lead not later than during 2 after the second introduction). Good-quality gynecologic diseases treat 6 months.

Zoladex Safety measures: With care appoint at risk of development of an obstruction of urinary ways and a set of symptoms of a prelum of a spinal cord. Repeated courses at good-quality gynecologic diseases are not recommended in connection with high probability of displays of an osteoporosis.
