Zerit Working substance: (Stavudine *)

Zerit Application: the HIV-INFECTION, including after therapy .

Zerit Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, serious infringements of function of a liver.

Zerit Application at pregnancy and a feeding a breast: To appoint at pregnancy and a feeding a breast it is allowable only under absolute indications.

Zerit Side effects: Peripheric neurologic frustration: (downstroke of sensitivity of extremities, a pricking, ), a headache, a sleeplessness, a giddiness, an abdominal pain, an exacerbation of a pancreatitis, dryness in a mouth, an anorexia, infringements of function of a liver, oppression of a hemopoiesis, a thrombocytopenia and a neutropenia, allergic reactions as a dermal eruption, feverish conditions.

Zerit Interaction: Strengthens (mutually toxic effect and effect (in vitro). Is undesirable application on background of the preparations, capable to cause peripheric neurologic frustration, the probability of development of those significantly grows.

Zerit Way of application and dose: Perorally appoint the adult in doses on 30-40 mg 2 times day depending on mass of a body. In case of toxic displays the preparation should be cancelled temporarily, then to accept in a smaller dose - on 15-20 mg 2 times day. To children in mass less than 30 kg appoint of 1 mg / in a dose, at the greater mass of a body the dosage for adults is used; it is used for long (till 2 years) therapies.

Zerit Safety measures: In case of progressing disease correction is necessary for therapy. With care use at infringements of function of a liver and presence of peripheric neurologic frustration. Occurrence demands a reduction of a dose. It is necessary to supervise a level of a bilirubin, activity and nuclear heating plant during treatment, it is especial at accompanying defeats of a liver and kidneys.
