Celebrex Restrictions to application: Allergic reactions to other NONSTEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGSES and Sulfanilamidums, serious infringements of function of a liver and kidneys, a heart failure, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and a duodenal intestine in a phase of an exacerbation, pregnancy, age till 18 years and advanced age.

Celebrex Application at pregnancy and a feeding a breast: Feeding women for the period of treatment should stop thoracal feeding.

Celebrex Side effects: From the side of nervous system and sense organs: 1 % - a giddiness, a headache, delicacy, a sleeplessness; 0,1-1 % - an illegibility of vision, a ringing in ears, a paresthesia, the raised uneasiness, depression; 0,1 % - an ataxia. From the side of cardiovascular system and a blood (a hemopoiesis, a hemostasis): 0,1-1 %-an arterial hypertension, palpitation, an anemia; 0,1 % - a leukopenia, a thrombocytopenia. From the side of respiratory system: 1 % - a pharyngitis, a rhinitis, a sinusitis, infections of the top respiratory paths; 0,1-1 % - tussis, a short wind. From the side of bodies of the GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT: 1 % - an abdominal pain, a diarrhea, a dyspepsia, a meteorism, a nausea; 0,1-1 % - a constipation, an eructation, a gastritis, a stomatitis, a vomiting, infringement of function of a liver, rising of nuclear heating plant and ; 0,1 % - change of taste, a stomach ulcer and a duodenal intestine, a dysphagia, perforation of an intestine, an esophagitis, a melena. From the side of integuments: 1 % - an itch, an eruption; 0,1-1 % - a urticaria; 0,1 % - an alopecia, a photosensitization. Other: 1 % - peripheric edemas; 0,1-1 % - cramps in legs, infections of urinary paths.

Celebrex Interaction: strengthens in plasma, antacids reduce an adsorption in the GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT.

Celebrex Way of application and dose: Inside, at an osteoarthrosis of 100 mg 2 times day or 200 mg of 1 times day; at a pseudorheumatism - 200 mg 2 times day.

Celebrex Precautionary measures: At elderly patients at the reduced mass of a body, at the phenomena (mild and moderate) hepatic or a heart failure treatment is necessary for beginning with small doses.
