ROXITHROMYCIN is an antibiotic that belongs to a group of medicines called macrolides. These antibiotics work by killing or stopping the growth of the bacteria that are causing your infection. ROXITHROMYCIN, like other antibiotics, does not work against viral infections such as flu. |
